What's in a name

“Meezanya” comes from the Arabic ميزانية (mizaniyya) — “budget” — which shares its root with mizan, meaning balance or scales. That's the feeling we're after: not restriction or guilt, but balance. A clear-eyed sense of where you stand, kept up with almost no effort.
